When an attendant beats porter rounds
A porter moves through the whole venue: trash, spills, restrooms and service areas in turn. An attendant stays with the restrooms. For events with steady restroom traffic, such as weddings, galas, corporate parties, concerts and festival weekends, a stationed attendant keeps that one area right the whole time. Many events book both. See day porter coverage for events.
Booked by shift
Attendants are booked by shift around your event hours. The walkthrough or venue call sets the number of restroom areas, who supplies paper and soap, where waste goes, and the start and end of each shift, and all of it goes into a written scope with one point of contact.
Attendants plus the after-event reset
Restroom attendants cover the event itself. Once the last guest leaves, the full reset is a separate part of the scope: waste out, floors recovered, restrooms, bar and service areas cleaned. See event cleaning before, during and after the event.
Insurance and paperwork
We carry $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability, with a certificate of insurance on request for your venue.
