What does janitorial look like in the first 90 days of a new building?
The scope changes as the building fills. In the first weeks it covers the common areas that open first: lobby and entry glass, elevators, restrooms, the amenity floor and the loading area. As each tenant moves in, their suite is added to the written scope, and the number of nights is set with the property manager. By the end of the first 90 days most buildings settle into a steady nightly routine.
