Commercial cleaning in Westlake

What recurring commercial cleaning covers

Every task and its frequency is listed in a written scope before the first visit. Nothing is left as “general cleaning”:

• Entries and lobbies — entry glass, floors, mats, seating
• Workspaces — clear desk surfaces as agreed, trash, floors
• Restrooms — fixtures, mirrors, floors, restocking
• Break rooms and kitchens — counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, tables
• Floors — vacuuming and mopping on the agreed schedule
• Glass — entry doors, interior glass and partitions
• Trash — liner changes and removal to the building’s bins
