Nightly cleaning plus daytime touch-ups
Recurring cleaning can run 2–5 nights a week or nightly. For daytime touch-ups while members are in, day porter service covers restrooms, kitchens and the lobby during the day. Both are written into one scope with one point of contact.
Members’ desks and your space rules
The walkthrough sets what the crew wipes and clears on member desks and what stays as it is. Private offices are cleaned to the same written scope as the shared floor.
Products
EPA-registered disinfectants and green or low-odor products are available on request.
How quotes work: walkthrough, then a written scope
Recurring commercial cleaning starts at $130–$350 per visit and can be more depending on the space. We walk the space first, then put the scope, the nights and the price in writing.
More than one location
One account can cover up to 25 sites, each with its own written scope. We carry $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability, with a certificate of insurance on request, and we answer formal bids and RFPs. Agreements use standard cancellation terms, in writing.
