Georgetown Commercial Cleaning
Georgetown commercial cleaning is suburban work: offices, medical and dental suites, retail and churches, cleaned after close on a nightly or few-nights-a-week route. Access is usually a key, a code and a tenant contact, and the schedule is built around that.

Commercial cleaning services in Georgetown, TX
Georgetown is inside our service area. We run recurring janitorial and office cleaning, day porter coverage and post-construction cleanup for offices, medical and dental suites, retail, restaurants, churches and flex space. Each account starts with a walkthrough and a written scope.
Georgetown is a mix of building types, not one kind of account
A dental suite, a storefront, a church with a fellowship hall and an office tenant on a quiet second floor all need cleaning, and almost none of them need the same thing. We walk the space, note who uses it and when, and write a scope that names the rooms, the tasks and the frequency.
Offices
Trash, restrooms, break room, floors, glass and conference rooms on a set route. The scope detail lives on our office cleaning page.
Medical and dental suites
Waiting rooms, restrooms, hallways and the administrative side of a practice, non-clinical areas only, on a nightly or alternate-night schedule. EPA-registered disinfectants and green or low-odor products are available on request. See medical office cleaning.
Retail and storefronts
Close-to-open cleaning so the floor is right when the doors open, with storefront glass as its own task. See retail store cleaning.
Churches
Sanctuaries, fellowship halls and classrooms on a recurring schedule around services and events. See church cleaning in Austin.
The drive is a real constraint, and we will not pretend otherwise
Bailey & Bear is an Austin company, and our crews drive north on I-35 to Georgetown. That shapes the scope: suburban accounts are scoped as fewer, fuller visits, so more of each hour is spent cleaning, and the start time is set by when your building empties. We schedule the work reliably; we do not promise a response time.
The four lines a suburban scope has to answer in writing
- Keys and codes. Who holds them, how many exist, and what happens when someone leaves.
- The alarm. The code, the account, and who the monitoring company calls when a panel trips.
- Lock-up responsibility. The crew is often the last one out, so securing the building is part of the scope, not an assumption.
- After-hours HVAC. Whether the system runs while the crew is in the building.
What recurring cleaning costs in Georgetown
Recurring commercial cleaning starts at $130–$350 per visit and can be more depending on the space. We walk the space first, then put the scope, the nights and the price in writing.
Multiple locations, insurance and paperwork
One account can cover up to 25 sites, each with its own written scope. We carry $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability, with a certificate of insurance on request, and we answer formal bids and RFPs. Agreements use standard cancellation terms, in writing.
